  • The Institute of Executive Development (IED) is conceived in 2003, when Scott Saslow, Founder, reflects on past experiences at Harvard Business School and in his corporate life at Microsoft and other organizations about the field of executive development. With a burning interest to explore the state of the industry, he commences the comprehensive market study "Transforming Corporate Leadership."
